The child and were forced to retain Barbara Suskind for my ex-wife Barbra Suskind ran up no less then $38,000.00 in fees and debt to the child home. This while Barbara Suskind request child support to be delayed for 2 years. When I did not agree Suskind wrote the order up anyway and told the Judge this was the settlement this document basically relieved her client of ALL financial issues! Berkow had the child and paying this lawyer even after other Judge looked at what Berkow had don and protested! Berkow by manipulating what was to be file next? And what was filed closed the financial rape of the child home after 4 years pf manipulating! Berkow set-up through Barba Suskind and manipulation of the file a financial railroad of the Childs home and future! NO JUDGE THAT HAS LOOKED AT THIS CASE SENSE HAS AGREED WITH WHAT BERKOW AND SUSKIND DID TO THE CHILD AND I ALL HAVE OPENLY CRITICIZED BERKOWS_SUSKINDs RULINGS AND ACTION BUT CLAIM BERKOW SIGNED IT AND THEY CAN NOT CHANGE HER RULINGS!
