My ex had two children in Contra Costa County Martinez she She was constantly in court paid nothing for her children and was not required to pay child support for either child she had very little time with visiting. This was Berkow and I believe Judge Craddick or maybe Libby this went on for years most of the children lives finally a broke through my lawyer and filed for child support on my own Berkow granted a hardship and reduced greatly the child aftercare to below $100.00 per month. Actual after care at the time was $800.00 per month She never was required to pay aftercare for her other child in Contra Costa County Martinez even thought the other primary care parents needed to keep a lawyer on retainer for 5 years to deal with my ex. If Contra Costa County used just the basic disso master she would have been required to pay about $400.00 a month per child. It was my lawyer who would not file in Berkows court for my childs legal child support not that I did not ask! My ex had a long work history maybe 30 years without interruption. Contra Costa County Family Court and Berkow in my case was just ripping off the children because they lived with the fathers.
