My ex-wife filed in Berkows court to have me removed from our home because she was lied and claimed I abused her I was forced to retain a lawyer and fight this fact with police report and evaluation. The police report of the incident my ex-wife filing against me ended with her being arrested. I was forced to prove these entire allegations were false over the next six months. Berkow later lost the original filings and started claiming that our case was about I had filed against my ex-wife and I was making disparaging remarks about her! a absolute fabrication by Contra Costa County Family court. Berkow then took the position that sense I had filed against my ex-wife she should not be required to pay her bills or support. It was not until much later that I found out what Berkow was telling people at that point I was forced to produce the original filed request to remove me and the child from I also found out that what Berkow was trying to do was circumvent the law because of my ex-wifes false allegation she owed for all the litigation she created and Berkow did not want to make that order so Berkow claimed I was the party who was making allegation. I was just responding to her lawyer friends and my ex-wifes false allegation and they could not prove what did not happen. Berkow actually told another Judge that I was creating the problem to justify assigning the child and I all the costs! THIS BERKOW IS LIAR AND A DEVIANT REFEREE and yes Berkow got away with assigning all the debt to the child and I and chnaged the paper work making the child and petitioner even though we were simply responding to my-ex and the lawyer that was a friend of Berkows
