In mid 90s I had a 20 month old baby and I was laying in a hospital fighting gofor my life. My ex-wife had retained Seymour Rose for a claim against her ex husband she was claiming she had been denied access to her daughter a claim found to be false. While a sat in hospital fight for my life Seymore Rose convinced my ex-wife to file a false claim of domestic violence against me in the Martinez court house and get the equity in my house I owned prior to marriage. 3 days out of the hospital my ex called the Danville PD and made a false claim I had abused her she was drunk the Danville PD arrestee her because it was obvious I had done nothing. Seymore Rose had all of our money at the time paid by my ex-wife for her case with her ex-husband. Seymour Rose filed in court to have me removed from my home and my child t be taken no visits to be granted me the motion Seymore Rose also asked for $5000.00 to start in fees for this new case and told the court I had denied money and access to the home and I removed al the money from the checking account Seymore Rose had told my ex-wife to remove the money actually. Libby denied the motion because he already had my ex-wife on supervised visit in her current case. Then Seymore Rose re filed in Josanna Berkows court Berkow. Before a was even released by the doctor from my post surgery Berkow ordered me to pay a $1000.00 per month in spousal support I was forced to retain a new lawyer who started billing me about $5000.00 per month I was pay a retainer to Barbara Suskind to represent my ex-wife. When I explained to Berkow the Seymore Rose had all our money and I was on State Disability the month before Berkow grew irate and insisted I was to submit to a court audit for child support and to find proof of Seymore Roses claim that I owned $500,000 in company stock and made $120,000.00 per year this company was actually 3 months old and had one employee that was me! We also later got proof my ex-wife was actually working while collecting support and child support. Berkow still allow her to keep the money. Berkow did not order my ex wife to be audit I guess child support means DADs income only in Contra Costa County. Dr Marcia Hofer the evaluator in my ex-wife case step in and called Berkow to tell her what was really going on with Seymore Rose and my ex-wife so this forced Berkow to leave the child with me. Seymore Rose and my ex-wife were to busy stealing money they forgo and left the child with me anyway. Dr Rosemary Bower was assigned to do a evaluation and she found that my son should stay with me. Berkow then went into a four year tirade against the child and denying child support assigning thousands of dollars in debt o the child and I including all fees from my ex-wifes prior marriage Berkow denied any kind of support granted real-estate equities to my ex-wife of $100,000.00 that did not exist refused to set a hearing for financial settlement but had no problem with putting me on trial 3 time for bogus contempt at the cost of $25,000.00 for allegation of denying my ex-wife visit the same allegation she was making in Seymore Roses other case in Martinez. Even after my Cardiologist wrote the court a letter that the massive stress of Berkows litigation was putting my life in danger during this period a had 90% reasonability for our son but do to Berkow rape I suffered 4 more heart attack while in her court! Berkow still did not relent for her financial attack against the child and I the final amount this cost the child and I came to $150,000.00 in lost wages unassigned debt, legal fees. Berkow relived my ex-wife of all financial responsibility both custody cases all community debt and for child support for 4 years. The child and were left with nothing. Seymore Rose while representing my ex-wife in the original case would call and demand money form me every month if I had non he would get very angry Seymore Rose had no business expecting to pay because he was representing my ex-wife child from another marriage. Berkow was there to stop this abuse she was the most abusive sending me back to the hospital 4 times in her hearings and evaluations. I can tell you more I do not believe Berkow has the right to call herself human and in any other world most would agree that the Martinez Court house would be call just a bunch of motherfuckers. Berkow and the Martinez law community have no business around children. Berkow is a MONSTER Seymore Rose a murdering thief they know and they know I am not lying. I have full custody of my son today. Berkow has a appointment in hell when she leaves this green earth.
