My husband might have made been able to pay the $46,000.00 to end his 3 year marrige. It would have been hard and Berkow asked his ex paid nothing but Berkow continued for 6 years to ask for evaluations, fees, debt-offset and any other money the non custodial mom wanted. Berkow spent another $25,000.00 while he was paying the first $46,000.00 he and the children were forced to move from the home. He could not ask the court for real help because Berkow would have demanded a new evaluation and changed the children home!
