This was Berkow favorite child rape ploy grant dad custody and all the debt. The harass dad with meaningless evaluations. I know of 3 fathers in Danville Martinez Superior Court did this to. Berkow is the head Cow in there when it comes to poor mommy financial issues. The California Supreme Court has ruled that is a primary parent losses there home it is a support issue. So basically Contra Costa County has been violating men support ordered for years because they or notorious for financial harassment of fathers.
