I actually had this bitch list me as the petitioner and my ex as the defendant after my ex filed for divorce, so she could order me to pay her buddy in crimes Barbra Suskind. She then ran up $28,000.000 in fees claiming I was a millionaire! Until a proved I only made $55,000.00 per year. I kid you not! Josanna Berkow and Contra Costa County Superior Court did this! Then the evaluator recommended that my child stay with me! This witch claimed she lost the evaluation or my child permanent record when the case was transferred out of her court! I was only married for 1.5 years! I wonder what her court cost are too Contra Costa County Ca. I am sure they are outrageous!
