She attacks people based on her own emotion and will not respond to fact or the laws. She refuses to allow people to defend themselves and will modify a file to her inappropriate ruling look reasonable. If you try to settle in this court she will used to attack you allowing. She gave my ex a 6mohtn vacation and required no child support for 2 years! This while the child suffers. Berkow creates pissing matches between to parties then cry's she is only along for the ride. You can not depend on the law to help you becuase Berkow is selective on applying the law this is her control device and the reason you can not get out of her court
