I have been in Contra Costa Family Court for 7 years since the father wanted full custody of our son when I was 7 months pregnant so that he wouldn't have to pay child support. He also delayed the child support by asking for DNA and then quitting a really good job. Since he has tested positive for cocaine, I had ex's testify for their physical and mental abuse. He has quit 4 jobs every time before a support hearing. My son finally gets a whopping $350 a month after I paid father for one year. He quits jobs every time before a support hearing.
The father has never followed a court order. He wont allow our son to attend therapy and bullies every therapist and scares them into not seeing our son. The court does nothing even if its against a court order.
Our son fell into fathers pool in the backyard and almost drown but the father still hasnt gotten a fence around his pool again breaking a court order. The court does nothing to protect our son even after several contempt hearings. They see a photo of a pool with a fence and say well he has a fence now!! This is after Minors counsel stated no fence was around the pool.
We have endured 4 evaluations with the last one by Dr. Phillip MacFarland (court appointed 730 expert) whose report was discredited by me and my experts just so that I could retain my 50% custody. If you ever get him, immediately get rid of him and ask for someone competent. He is a full blown idiot!!!!
Now we have been appointed the biggest moron in Minor's Counsel history, Saundra Willman. She has not contacted me for 3 months but has been very close to the father since she has been our son's counsel. My son states she is a liar! She recently wrote a report to the court that was all based on what the father had said, not asking me anything about it, etc...... She has ignored the father, Dennis Bruni and girlfriend Kris Hunter's domestic violence and 911 calls to Walnut Creek Police. She has ignored my police reports of harassment from Kris Hunter kicking our 6 pound dog at our sons baseball game, flipping me off at our son's karate class, etc. She is a very old and disturbed and most likely sexless woman! The father enjoys pleasuring himself with toys while wearing stockings and garters. Not that there is anything wrong with that!!!
The father, Dennis Bruni is nothing but a coke addict, psychotic and disturbed man. He has harassed his neighbors and most likely burned bridges everywhere he has worked! He doesn't get along with people and has no conscious. He was married 4 times before Ms. Hunter came along and every one of these women left after a year or two. He also is a sexual deviate and cross dresser.
Call me a fool but I am still shocked that I was so desperate to have a child and chose him as the father. By biggest but best mistake ever! I love my son more than anyone could love a child!!!!
My son is almost 7 and hates going to see his father, his father spanks him, his father cleaned him off with a hose in February when he would potty in his pants at 3 years of age in order to potty train him? This man is inhumane but the court system believes he is a perfect parent! They believe every thing he says!!!
I am amazed and shocked that the system is so screwed up and depend on these 730 evaluator's and Minor's Counsel (attorney's that can't get their own business) to interview and even get close to our children!! Some of these people of the court have NO CLUE!!!
It is a shame that the system is so poorly run!!!
Any clever, psychotic, social path i.e., can convince these people of the court anything! That is what the father of my helpless son has done!!!
