I got news for all of you Contra Costa County Superior court has been financially raping and stealing money in hearings that only one party was given notice to or change Judges on hearing without notify one party so they can claim that the party that was not notified was not in attendance in the hearing then stealing the parties lifes work and assets irrespective of the child location. Contra Costa has done this for years to people. Berkow is usually involved or trying to fix some gigantic problem she created with some poor taxpayers because of her bad and endless orders. These Judges and Commissioners have been known criminals for years Barlow has done this stuff to people myself included since she started in the early 1990s they all know lawyers and court professional they will not stop her over and over again she does this and they will not stop her crap. Mr. Polk and Susan Polk are just a couple of victims of Gary Silber Suskind, Berkow, and Spinetta, Mark Simons that hit the news because Susan snapped. The problem is Berkow and Contra Costa County Superior Court Martinez Mark Simons could have stopped this shit not Susan and Mr. Polk I am sad to say.
