I was released from the hospital after surgery for life a threatening condition a few days later my ex in a drunken rage attempted suicide in front of my young child. She then went in to Berkow court and filed for divorce. We had a short term marriage but Berkow in a rage ordered the child and to pay no less then $30,000.00 in fees support a debt while I was trying to raise our child. Berkow then spent the next 4 years ordered thousand of dollars in court cost while refusing to have me ex even any non disputed debt and support. Berkow did this because I was a father there is no law that supported her ordered only her hate and contempt for the child and I. My ex did it again a few years later and had all visit suspended but the child and I lost our home and saving and my health. All Berkow would do is rant nonsense about me filing I was bad mouthing MOM is Berkow delusional she sure acted like a sick person when I was expected to show in front of her. Berkow would make claims that were completely inappropriate and un true. Berkow would make statements about the case that both party was claiming by the time Berkow was done my child and I had paid $120,000 my ex wife was required to pay nothing! I find it interesting that Babara Suskind represented my ex at this time. My ex does not even visit anymore after Berkow spent all the money
